Additional Duties: - Develop, track, and report delivery and transformation metrics for stakeholders. - Coach, mentor, and train junior and mid-level delivery team members. - Design and deliver targeted technical and Agile training programs aligned to business needs. - Support the development of technology-specific solutions. - Manage task scope with respect to budget, resourcing, and geographic considerations. - Lead implementation and enhancement of service delivery. - Support the sales organization in pre-sales activities, including solutioning and proposal support. - Identify opportunities for innovation and improved ways of working. Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile coaching, training, or Agile team leadership. - Minimum 5 years of experience with Kanban practices and implementation. - Minimum 5 years of experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, and relevant plug-ins). - Minimum 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience, including test-driven development, unit testing, trunk-based development, and source-control configuration. - Ability to obtain a Public Trust Suitability Determination. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Experience coaching and training teams in Git source control, dashboard design and development, automated testing concepts, and continuous delivery practices. - Experience working across multiple departments to coordinate and support the orderly execution of strategy and direction. - Experience presenting and advocating for the benefits of Agile ways of working and a DevOps culture to diverse audiences. - Experience evaluating, experimenting with, and adopting emerging technologies, and sharing insights with others. - Exceptional organizing and planning skills to manage and oversee project deliverables. - Genuine desire to help others succeed.
