• Provides world-class support to Franchisees and Center Managers • Achieves position goals, timelines, and KPI metrics through coaching all franchisees in a geographic territory • Conduct market meetings and peer-to-peer focus groups to deliver training on company initiatives • Utilizes observations and data driven insights to provide directional coaching • Utilizes available reports and tools to improve gross profit, reduce expenses, and maximize EBITDA • Documents all activity in FranConnect • Interfaces with all support departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to franchisees needs • Focuses on strategic and tactical processes to improve customer experience • Provides oversight to ensure franchisee compliance to brand obligations • Attends and participates in the Take 5 Annual Rally • Implements marketing and sales direction to increase regional revenue growth • Communicates succession planning with franchisees across the district

• Run editing tools on incoming book manuscripts and review manuscripts to ensure quality output. • Collaborate with the Content Team to support overall editorial processes. • Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvements to editing tools. • Ability to perform quick-turnaround copyedits, line edits, proofreading, and beta-reading as needed.

• Act as the primary lead for clients and programs assigned • Develop client relationships that provide insights and bid opportunities for the organization • Own program coordination from bid to contract award, including delivery and production phases • Develop and manage detailed program schedules aligned to customer milestones • Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain • Ensure all deliverables meet client technical requirements, specifications, and quality • Lead regular program reviews with client stakeholders • Drive proactive risk identification and resolution • Manage contract scope, change orders, and commercial terms • Oversee supplier and sub-tier vendor performance • Support hardware builds, qualification testing, and delivery readiness • Maintain adherence to compliance requirements (ITAR, export controls)

• Deploy and configure the Arkloud Platform into Government-provided cloud enclaves across IL5, IL6, and TS environment tiers. • Provision and manage Azure infrastructure resources — including Virtual Machines, Key Vaults, AKS clusters, and storage — within authorized enclave boundaries. • Implement and manage Kubernetes-based workloads and container orchestration across classification tiers using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). • Implement Salt-based configuration management to enable dynamic VM provisioning, drift remediation, and consistent baseline enforcement across all enclave tiers. • Deploy and integrate required infrastructure components, hosted software, and platform integrations within approved enclave boundaries. • Establish OS hardening and software baselines per applicable STIGs across all delivered systems and environment tiers. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, or equivalent tooling to support repeatable, configuration-controlled deployments. • Ensure all deployed components meet enclave-specific security requirements and applicable STIG baselines. • Produce engineering-quality delivery documentation including deployment guides, configuration baselines, and integration instructions suitable for classified Government review. • Maintain code and configuration artifacts in a Git repository with clear, structured documentation supporting Government acceptance and knowledge transfer. • Coordinate with Developer and ISSE team members on integration, issue resolution, and cross-discipline delivery activities.
