Prepare accurate financial statements and journal entries, analyze general ledger accounts, and ensure compliance with reporting standards while coordinating month-end closes and assisting with audits and budget preparation.

• As a Full Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for multiple clients (25 - 30 monthly) • Prepare year-end closeout, possess a strong work ethic • Handle routine client questions • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations • Utilize QuickBooks with ability to train clients • Fixed Asset Tracking • Prepare financial statements for CPA review • Prepare journal entries for month and year-end close • Prepare Payroll, Sales & Use Tax Returns, Property Tax Returns • Assisting with ad-hoc projects & Tax Return preparations as needed

• Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded • Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts • Reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger • Works with auditors and coordinates internal and external audit requests

• Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and reporting • Create and provide custom/ad-hoc reporting, including budget-to-actual reports • Manage outreach to suppliers/vendors to facilitate on-time payment • Properly book and manage expenses and income for accurate reporting • Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements, to ensure accuracy • Assist in preparing financial statements and maintaining general ledger accounts • Track and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable / payable • Support payroll processing and related compliance documentation • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies • Assist with other projects as needed
