• As a Full Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for multiple clients (25 - 30 monthly) • Prepare year-end closeout, possess a strong work ethic • Handle routine client questions • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations • Utilize QuickBooks with ability to train clients • Fixed Asset Tracking • Prepare financial statements for CPA review • Prepare journal entries for month and year-end close • Prepare Payroll, Sales & Use Tax Returns, Property Tax Returns • Assisting with ad-hoc projects & Tax Return preparations as needed

• Oversee and coordinate tax planning and projections • Review / Prepare Federal/State Income Corporate/Individual Tax Return, including multi-state returns • Review or complete tax research projects • Gather and prepare information for federal and state tax auditors • Proactively communicate relevant emerging tax issues and industry information to clients • Provide proactive advisory and consulting services • Service consulting engagements on an as needed project basis
