• Lead the development and delivery of consulting services for clients across healthcare and defense industries • Build and manage Clearwater’s risk management, privacy, and security initiatives • Align solutions with standards such as NIST AI RMF, HITRUST, and HIPAA • Identify market trends and regulatory developments • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into services and platforms • Drive revenue growth by identifying and creating consulting services • Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for consultants and managers • Establish team goals and performance expectations • Develop frameworks and methodologies to support AI governance programs • Contribute to Clearwater’s thought leadership through whitepapers and industry events

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in healthcare, consulting, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or related field
  • 6+ years in a client-facing consulting leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling consulting service lines or practices
  • Strong business acumen with experience in operational excellence or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change and technology adoption
  • Excellent communication skills (executive presentations, writing, and client engagement)
  • Strong collaboration skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology or transformation initiatives
  • Experience developing service offerings, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
