Program Manager, Configuration
Geisinger
• Provides leadership and/or business and technical oversight of assigned configuration segments within the organization • Creates and rolls out policies and procedures associated with assigned configuration segments • Acts as point of contact and has full accountability for a high degree of redundancy and reliability of assigned configuration segment • Identifies best practices for service offerings for all areas of configuration • Prepares periodic budget and adherence for the department • Monitors compliance with Operations procedures and policies and reports findings to Operations leadership • Works with departmental and division management to develop and implement Operations strategies • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, including productivity standards • Develops and administers Operations budget for responsible area
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree-Information Technology (Required)
- Minimum of 6 years-Related work experience (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
