Role Description As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Caiz, you will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions across the organization, including sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and retention. The CRO will create and lead a scalable revenue model and ensure consistent growth through a data-driven approach while staying true to Caiz's ethical and Shariah-compliant values. Responsibilities - End-to-End Revenue Ownership: Oversee all functions tied to revenue generation, including pricing, sales, customer success, digital acquisition, and retention strategies. - Sales Team Expansion & Enablement: Recruit, train, and scale high-performance sales teams across different customer segments (institutional, enterprise, retail). - Growth Marketing & Digital Strategy: Own performance marketing, user funnel optimization, lead generation, and digital campaigns across all platforms. - Customer Journey Optimization: Map the entire customer lifecycle and improve touchpoints to drive loyalty and long-term customer value. - Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Build accurate, actionable revenue forecasts and dashboards for real-time executive decision-making. - Pricing & Packaging: Design, test, and optimize pricing strategies and revenue models for blockchain-based products and services. - Cross-Functional Revenue Alignment: Work closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure alignment of revenue goals with product capabilities and market conditions. - Churn Reduction & LTV Growth: Lead initiatives aimed at reducing churn, improving upsells, and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV). - CRM and Tooling Management: Ensure the right tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data infrastructure are in place for scalable revenue operations. - Tokenomics & Digital Asset Monetization: Collaborate with blockchain and token strategy teams to monetize digital assets ethically and effectively. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. - MBA or executive-level training is an added advantage. - 10+ years in revenue or growth leadership roles, ideally in crypto, SaaS, fintech, or tech startups. - Strong track record of growing revenue, building scalable systems, and managing performance-driven teams. - Experience in digital customer acquisition and data analytics. Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of revenue models and KPIs. - Expertise in CRM platforms, performance marketing, and digital sales strategies. - Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. - Knowledge or experience with ethical or Shariah-compliant products is a plus.
