Role Description TechMagic is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. This role is focused on a large-scale enterprise project within the Hospitality domain. You will be the driving force behind a cross-functional team, balancing high-level stakeholder management with the delivery of complex digital solutions for the global travel industry. About the Project: - This is an enterprise-level project in the Hospitality sector, involving high-traffic web solutions and complex integrations. - You will work in a dynamic environment, managing both large-scale initiatives and multiple concurrent small-scale projects to ensure a seamless digital experience for users worldwide. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Project Management roles within dynamic environments, with a proven track record of meeting business objectives. - Proven history of managing enterprise clients and overseeing multiple concurrent small-scale projects. - Expert proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. - Strong ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. - Skilled at aligning team output with client expectations and navigating complex stakeholder needs. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. - A quick learner who adapts seamlessly to new tools and evolving processes. - High-level multitasking and organizational discipline. - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in English. - Experience leading Salesforce projects will be a plus. Requirements - Lead a cross-functional team of 5–10 members, managing utilization, motivation, and conducting regular performance reviews. - Proactively suggest and implement staff changes based on team performance and project needs. - Manage 2–6 stakeholders simultaneously, keeping everyone updated and providing comprehensive status reports every two weeks. - Lead the estimation process, define resource requirements (in collaboration with Business Analysts), and build detailed project timelines. - Ensure all projects remain within scope and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement recovery strategies to keep timelines on track. - Manage team utilization to optimize productivity while actively preventing burnout.
