• To implement the Clinisys ICE Application and associated modules into healthcare organisations and community care as directed by the Project Manager to satisfy customer and business requirements • To act in a consultative role with the customer in configuring the Clinisys ICE Application to enhance the workflow of order communications, requesting, and results reporting • To lead on interfacing activities relevant to ICE, working alongside the customer • To be an instrumental element in the functional development of the Clinisys ICE Product • To keep abreast of ongoing and future healthcare workflows, regulations, and technologies relevant to order communications and pathology requesting • To actively advocate, initiate, and implement quality improvement measures/projects in conjunction with Delivery leadership • Where applicable, to carry out project-based activity as directed to satisfy customer and business requirements • To comply with Clinisys codes of conduct and guidelines • To understand, comply, and develop with customer and Clinisys procedures, working practices, and directives in a timely manner • To understand customer workflows and advise and assist with ICE product configuration to facilitate these needs • To map, configure, troubleshoot, and connect ICE workflows and interfaces to relevant systems including middleware and Winpath LIMS • To be fully conversant with the functionality of the product of your discipline (ICE) • To be conversant with the core functionality of all products • Assist Project Manager with implementation activities, including time management, resource planning, and working with customer representatives • Use AI-enabled tools to support project delivery activities, including task planning, time management, status reporting, customer workshops, and preparation of summaries • Apply and advocate responsible AI usage in delivery and customer engagements, aligned with Clinisys governance and data protection standards • Consistently meet and sustain performance against utilisation targets • Comprehend customer requirements as specified in the Project Initiation Document (PID) • Make recommendations based on customer feedback regarding ICE software changes and enhancements • Deliver relevant training courses for key users, as required • Attend team meetings and training courses • Be responsive to reasonable requests from line manager or project managers • Contribute to and support team members and build knowledge base

• Install and configure laboratory software systems • Integrate software into laboratory workflows, including mapping daily processes • Deliver and implement Laboratory Information System (LIS) projects • Act as a subject matter expert within your field • Serve as a trusted technical contact for customers during projects and assignments • Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including data-driven and AI-enabled solutions • Identify opportunities to optimise laboratory workflows and system performance • Work with the Project Manager or Customer Services Manager and follow their guidance and planning. • Make proposals and identify technical risks, including those related to data integrity and AI-enabled functionalities, and communicate them clearly. • Prepare execution plans and relevant documentation. • Ensure all work is properly documented in internal systems (projects and aftersales). • Deliver assigned tasks according to project plan, budget, and quality standards. • Take full responsibility for all technical aspects of assigned tasks. • Keep stakeholders informed about progress and risks. • Demonstrate flexibility and support on-site customer implementations. • Manage and implement small projects or sub-projects. • Deliver customer training, including guidance on system data usage and reporting capabilities. • Act as interface between customer and development teams. • Organize and execute internal and external project handovers. • Perform update and upgrade projects

• Leverage AI-enabled project management and analytics tools to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making • Use predictive analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modelling to anticipate risks, delays, and resource constraints • Oversee projects involving AI-enabled, data-driven, or digital healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with scope, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations • Ensure that AI-related components (models, data pipelines, integrations) are properly reflected in project scope, timelines, and quality assurance • Assess AI model dependencies (data availability, model performance, retraining cycles, explainability constraints) and incorporate them into project planning • Facilitate alignment between services, product, technical, and data/AI teams in projects involving advanced analytics or AI functionalities

• Leverage AI-enabled project management and analytics tools to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making • Use predictive analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modelling to anticipate risks, delays, and resource constraints • Oversee projects involving AI-enabled, data-driven, or digital healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with scope, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations • Drive adoption of automation, intelligent reporting, and AI-assisted monitoring tools to improve project execution • Monitor project performance using data dashboards, KPIs, and AI-driven performance insights

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project and program plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, ensuring full alignment with Statement of Work (SOW), scope, timelines, and contracted deliverables • Manage delivery rigorously against approved plans, maintaining clear visibility into budget, schedule, scope, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle • Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executive leaders, counterpart program and project managers, engineering, development, security, and operations teams • Ensure customers clearly understand their roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and required inputs to enable timely and successful delivery • Lead and facilitate project kickoffs, recurring status meetings, executive briefings, milestone reviews, and steering committee sessions with both customer and internal stakeholders • Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues; maintain actionable mitigation and contingency plans and drive timely resolution • Provide end‑to‑end leadership for AI solution delivery, spanning discovery, solution design, implementation, deployment, and optimization within complex enterprise environments • Identify potential scope deviations early and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services leadership to manage change requests and formal change order processes • Orchestrate a seamless transition to the Customer Success organization at project completion, ensuring full knowledge transfer, documentation handoff, and alignment on success criteria • Lead post‑project retrospectives and lessons‑learned sessions to drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and engagement models • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of project managers accountable for delivering complex software implementation projects • Own delivery outcomes across assigned portfolio, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving best practices • Oversee portfolio performance, including revenue forecasting and risk management across all engagements • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer executives • Deliver clear, concise executive-level reporting on portfolio status • Partner with Sales and Solution teams during pre-sales to scope, resource, and design executable delivery plans • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives

• Own the services conversion model across differing migration plays, ensuring right-fit delivery approaches by complexity and scale. • Design and scale a standardized, industrialized delivery system for conversions to CLS, transitioning from bespoke execution to a repeatable, factory-based model. • Define and maintain migration paths, playbooks, service scopes, and reusable assets by customer segment. • Stand up and evolve a conversion factory / pod-based delivery model, optimizing for speed, quality, and cost efficiency. • Own end-to-end capacity planning and demand modeling for conversion services across regions and functions. • Design a blended global delivery model (onshore, offshore, and third-party partners) to optimize cost, scalability, and expertise. • Actively manage utilization, margin, and delivery efficiency, ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining customer outcomes. • Operate as the Services leader within the CLS Conversion Program governance model, ensuring alignment to program priorities. • Define and manage delivery through clear KPIs and metrics, including: Predictable delivery timelines, Margin improvement, Reduction in hyper care intensity, Increased reuse of tools and playbooks.
