Role Description The Sr. Program Manager leads the successful launch and stabilization of new facilities across the network, acting as the single accountable owner for site launch readiness. You drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Real Estate, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure facilities launch on time, within scope, and with sustained operational performance. You own integrated planning, readiness tracking, risk management, executive communication, and go-live execution through post-launch stabilization.
