Role Description This is a pivotal commercial leadership role at an exciting moment for ev.energy. We have a proven platform, real customer traction, and a market that is moving firmly in our direction — dynamic load management and orchestration across DERs is no longer a nice-to-have for utilities, it's becoming a regulatory and grid imperative. This isn't a typical enterprise SaaS sales leadership role. Winning and keeping utility customers isn't a transaction — it's a multi-year relationship built on trust, regulatory fluency, and deep account stewardship. You'll own the full commercial engine: - New business - Renewals - Expansion - Pricing - Partnerships - The operating rigour that makes a sales org predictable You'll be joining a small but talented sales team, leading them to deliver against an ambitious revenue number. This isn't just a player-coach role — the leadership piece is real, and so is the strategic ownership. If you're looking for a role where you can make your mark on both the team and the commercial strategy, this is it. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years selling to or working with regulated US utilities, CCAs, or electricity retailers — including navigating procurement, security reviews, regulatory filings, and pilot-to-program conversions - A proven track record of leading a sales team to consistently hit revenue targets in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment - Demonstrated experience building trusted executive relationships with utility, regulatory, or similarly complex enterprise stakeholders - Experience owning multi-year account strategy, renewals, and expansion — not just net-new sales - A genuine love of developing people — you're as proud of your team's wins as your own - Outstanding communicator — written and verbal — able to translate technical capability into a compelling commercial story Requirements - Experience with sales methodology and forecasting discipline (MEDDPICC or equivalent) - Experience owning pricing, packaging, or deal desk processes - Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage company - Networks in the utility, CCA, or energy ecosystem (OEMs, DER providers, implementation partners) that you can bring from day one - Willingness to travel to key markets and industry events Benefits - You care about the mission — clean energy, smarter grids, a better future — not just the commission - You're as comfortable in a boardroom with a utility VP as you are in a pipeline review - You're energised by building and coaching a team, not just by your own deals - You have high standards, but you don't need everything to be perfect before you get started
Role Description We’re looking for a Program Manager to help us deliver complex, cross-functional projects and programs that sit at the intersection of clean energy, technology, and operations. This is a customer facing, hands-on role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity in a developing industry, keeping multiple work-streams moving, and using AI as an orchestration layer - delegating the routine, elevating the thinking, and growing your career in the process. Our Program Managers are essentially customer success superheroes - once a partnership is signed, the Program Manager is responsible for ensuring all of the goals are met, being the daily point of contact to ensure true success of the partnership. Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment - Experience owning end to end client health on major accounts - Demonstrated data literacy - comfortable working with metrics, dashboards and structured data to drive decisions - Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal - able to write a crisp brief, run a tight meeting, and draft a clear stakeholder update - Technical proficiency - comfortable using modern software tools and can learn new platforms quickly - Open to AI - actively curious about how AI tools can make your work better, and willing to experiment and build new habits. Demonstrated experience building AI-first solutions and/or agents is a plus. - A can-do attitude - moves fast, takes ownership, and doesn’t wait for a perfect playbook before getting started Requirements - Experience in energy, utilities, or climate tech - Exposure to data tools such as SQL
Role Description We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition & Operations to own both the operational infrastructure and execution of our acquisition marketing motions. Someone equally comfortable building campaigns in the tools, navigating complex cross-functional program requirements, and designing the systems that make delivering those campaigns faster and more scalable. You'll be expected to use AI tools as a core part of how you work — if you're actively experimenting with AI in your marketing work today, you'll feel at home here. We've already grown several North American programs to industry-leading EV driver adoption rates. Email is our most established acquisition channel, with a well-developed growth engine in place. The opportunity here is broader: we're growing our ecosystem of marketing affiliates and partners, while we refine digital acquisition and test new channels, and we need someone who can execute those campaigns while building the operational discipline behind our D2C growth engine. You’d be helping us establish our centre of excellence in scaling VPP and EV managed charging programs — one of the most important infrastructure challenges of the clean energy transition. This is a builder role for someone who gets energy from turning ambiguity into process, and process into results. Qualifications - 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant ownership of both campaign execution and operational processes — ideally in a D2C or startup environment - Demonstrated AI fluency — use of AI tools in your marketing work, OR formal AI education or coursework. This is a hard requirement. - Experience with Braze or similar D2C email and lifecycle platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Customer.io, Mailchimp) - Hands-on campaign execution across multiple channels and workstreams — you're comfortable in the tools - Ability to design, run, and systematize marketing experiments. - Strong analytical skills and ability to track performance across channels - Experience coordinating with external agencies, freelancers, or contractors to extend execution capacity Requirements - Proven ability to build scalable campaign operations in a startup environment — you've been the person who creates the system, not just runs within one - Comfortable with ambiguity — you can create structure where none exists and move forward without a complete playbook - A collaborator who works well across functions — Product, Data, Creative, and external partners - Genuine interest in clean energy, electrification, or climate a plus
