As Program Manager of Workato Cares, you will be at the heart of making this vision real. You will partner with teams across Workato to design and deliver volunteer programs that serve our communities, create meaningful opportunities for employees to give back, and deepen Workato's relationships with nonprofits, NGOs, and community stakeholders. In this role, you will also be responsible for: - Driving the launch and ongoing evolution of Workato's global philanthropy and social impact initiatives. - Leading the rollout of an employee giving program and product donation efforts aligned with Workato's focus areas and our Pledge 1% commitment. - Building and nurturing key partnerships, both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with nonprofits and like-minded organizations. - Serving as a thought partner to leadership to best position and advance the program. - Developing a reporting framework to capture meaningful data that measures impact and program success against our Millionfold Impact goals. - Educating internal teams and employee resource groups on best practices in social impact and corporate philanthropy. - Proactively managing initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail. - Overseeing all projects and programs under Workato Cares, spanning employee giving, product donations, communications, and reporting. Qualifications - More than 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or the nonprofit sector. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field. Requirements - Genuine passion for social impact and a deep belief in the power of technology and automation to create opportunity at scale. - Ability to thrive working across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite. - Clear and confident communication skills. - Strategic thinking and willingness to champion bold ideas. - Organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. - Strong analytical thinking to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate results compellingly across the organization.
