Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- 2+ years of hands-on administration experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
- Strong proficiency in workflow automation, custom module, and field configuration within Zoho platforms
- Experience integrating Zoho with other systems using APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS tools
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical and process documentation
- Ability to support users via ticketing systems and deliver end-user training
- Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
- Ability to work as an independent contractor and full-time during Eastern Time (EST) business hours
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Zoho certification(s)

Role Description The Senior Azure & Hybrid Systems Administrator will serve as a technical leader in implementing, securing, and managing Meriton’s Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructure. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available environments across the organization. This position will focus on cloud architecture, hybrid server management, security and compliance, and automation, while ensuring seamless integration across enterprise applications and business systems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, hybrid infrastructure (including Azure Arc), and modern service management practices, with the ability to bridge legacy systems and cloud-native solutions. This role will play a key part in driving infrastructure modernization initiatives, including server lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, backup and disaster recovery, and migration of on-premises workloads to Azure.
