Role Description Vytalize Health is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support our Talent team in sourcing and hiring for clinical and healthcare operations roles. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to grow within healthcare recruiting and gain experience in full-cycle hiring. - Support sourcing efforts for healthcare and operational roles including care managers, nurses, health coaches, and other clinical support positions. - Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. - Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for open and upcoming positions. - Conduct initial screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest in the role, and alignment with Vytalize’s mission and values. - Review resumes and help determine candidate fit for open positions. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Ensure interview schedules run smoothly and candidate communication is timely. - Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process. - Provide clear updates and maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. - Assist with preparing and extending offers when needed. - Support onboarding coordination and required hiring documentation. - Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. - Assist with reporting, pipeline tracking, and recruiting metrics as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - 2–3 years of recruiting experience. - Exposure to healthcare recruiting or clinical roles is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organization and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office tools preferred. - Experience working in a high growth organization. This role is responsible for full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of Medical Assistants and Clinic Admin employees across multiple locations and time zones. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 20–40 open positions per month, primarily Medical Assistants and Front Office staff. - Partner closely with operational leaders and practice managers across multiple states to understand staffing needs, timelines, and market challenges. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and local market outreach. - Screen candidates efficiently while maintaining quality and alignment with organizational culture and role requirements. - Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. - Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, providing updates on pipeline, challenges, and market insights. - Track and manage candidates within the ADP, ensuring data integrity and compliance. - Drive offer process including offer creation, negotiation, and closing candidates. - Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, offer acceptance rate, etc.). - Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
