Job Description
Account Executive
OpenLoop Health
Role Description OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. We empower any brand, individual, or organization to launch compliant virtual care in weeks, not months. As an Account Executive on our Brick & Mortar team, you will own the full sales cycle for owner-operated healthcare practices: chiropractic, medspa, dental, wellness, gyms/fitness studios and similar clinics looking to add or expand a virtual care or weight management program. This is a high-volume, fast-close environment. The target is one closed deal per rep per day. The buyer is a small business owner who will decide quickly or not at all. If you have built your own pipeline, sold to entrepreneurs, and closed at volume without needing hand-holding, you will thrive here. What You'll Do - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across a defined geographic or named territory. - Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting -- calls, emails, and direct outreach to practice owners and operators. - Run efficient discovery and demo calls that get to the point and earn a decision in one to two conversations. - Close deals cleanly at stated price without defaulting to discount to get a signature. - Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in HubSpot so forecasting reflects reality. - Develop and own an outbound strategy for your specific territory within your first 90 days. - Share field intelligence with leadership -- what objections you are hearing, what is winning deals, what is losing them. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota. - You have sold directly to small business owners or independent operators -- you understand that the owner is the buyer, the champion, and the end user simultaneously. - You generate your own pipeline. You do not wait for leads to come to you. - You close deals in one to two conversations. You know how to create urgency without being pushy. - You hold price. You do not fold on terms to get a signature. - You are coachable. You adopt process, take feedback, and change behavior based on it. - You thrive in a structured, high-activity environment. You are competitive and team-oriented at the same time. - You have hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and keep your pipeline current. Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision plans - Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts - Flexible PTO - 401(k) + Company Match - Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more Company Description We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work. Sound like a good fit? We’d love to meet you.
