Smile Brands
Role Description Smile Brands is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to support our University Relations strategy. In this role, you will: - Spearhead clinical early career recruitment initiatives. - Develop and maintain relationships with dental schools. - Lead on-campus and off-campus engagement efforts. - Create meaningful connections with students and early-career professionals. - Leverage CRM tools and innovative outreach strategies to cultivate and convert top talent. - Collaborate closely with Talent Attraction team members to design and execute an annual events strategy. - Travel up to 40% and work remotely from a home office when not traveling. Schedule: Monday - Friday & occasional weekends. Responsibilities - Pipeline Development: Lead efforts to create and maintain a strong pipeline of dental candidates by cultivating relationships with schools and students. - Event Coordination: Plan and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment program, including career fairs, lunch & learns, continuing education sessions, and social events. - Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with dental schools, faculty, and students. - Sourcing Strategies: Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent. - Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and provide insights to set realistic expectations with hiring managers. - Candidate Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for early career candidates. - Brand Ambassador: Represent Smile Brands positively at all recruitment events. - Collaboration: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to align early career talent attraction efforts with business needs. - Event Effectiveness: Track and analyze all aspects of recruitment events to continuously refine strategies. Qualifications - 2+ years of dental recruiting and/or sourcing experience. - Experience building relationships with dental schools. - Demonstrated success developing multi-channel strategies. - Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS experience preferred. - Strong relationship management skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to travel up to 40%+, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. Compensation $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
