• Develop a deep understanding of the franchisees' businesses within the assigned territory, including their goals, challenges, and growth opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all business-related matters. • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to implement strategies and initiatives that align with franchisees' business goals and overall company objectives. • Provide personalized coaching and support to franchisees, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their business operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth. • Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans for sustained success. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to coordinate resources, training, and support that align with franchisees' needs. • Analyze franchise performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use this information to inform strategic decisions and tailored support. • Ensure effective communication between franchisees and corporate headquarters, addressing concerns, sharing best practices, and facilitating issue resolution. • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and resources that empower franchisees to excel in their business operations. • Participate in territory-specific meetings and events to foster a sense of community among franchisees and gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to continuously evaluate and enhance the franchise partnership program based on feedback and data-driven insights.
