• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within the Saudi Arabia market. • Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting. • Process incoming leads on a daily basis. • Manage, support, and develop relationships with existing affiliates. • Coordinate payout processes with assigned affiliates. • Monitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent fraud. • Handle affiliate inquiries and provide timely assistance. • Initiate and drive new projects aimed at improving the affiliate program. • Participate in internal and international affiliate events (remote and offline), including meet-ups, conferences, and business trips. • Gather feedback from affiliates and share insights with the Team Lead. • Produce and analyze reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or client communications; affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Experience in Forex or other financial verticals is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
  • An existing network or pool of trusted affiliates or partners in Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage.

Role Description The Property Tax Division within the Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic leader known for their creativity, innovative problem-solving, and technical expertise to serve as the Valuation Advisory Team Supervisor. Please Note: This position has the flexibility to work remotely most of the time; however, the duty station is to be located at our Tumwater or Wenatchee offices. The successful candidate must agree to travel to the office for key scheduled meetings, to provide training, or as operational needs dictate. Details of teleworking considerations will be addressed during the interview process. The successful candidate must also be able to attend out-of-state trainings and conferences as required that are up to one week in duration. The hiring manager may start screening applicants as early as April 30, 2026, and make a hiring decision at any time after. It will be to your advantage to submit materials as soon as possible. The Valuation Advisory Team Supervisor leads and supervises a team of six professional level property appraisers. The appraisers value complex industrial, commercial, and other special use property statewide upon assessor request. The supervisor supports the valuation advisory staff with appraisal knowledge, review, and training. - Conducts staff performance evaluations, sets expectations, distributes workload, reviews appraisals for accuracy and defensibility, and provides professional and technical guidance to the staff on valuation-related issues. - Acts as an advisor to Department of Revenue management in matters concerning the valuation of large industrial, commercial, special use properties, and other technical appraisal questions throughout the state. - Provides valuation studies, training, consultation, and presentations to county assessors and other stakeholders. - Promotes continuous improvement using Lean principles to create a culture that encourages respect, creativity, innovative problem solving, and delivers measurable results. - Performs specialized duties in project management, performance measurement, presentation of educational programs, legislative analysis, and stakeholder work. - Takes the lead in the organization of the advisory appraisal defense strategy at all levels of appeal.
