• Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform • Guide clients through key platform features, helping them take meaningful first steps toward activation • Drive client conversion by proactively engaging users and moving them toward becoming active on the platform • Inform clients about platform updates, new features, or important changes • Address initial client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve the onboarding experience

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs for sales, marketing, and affiliate roles; • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation; • Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, etc; • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process; • Stay up-to-date with hiring trends in sales, marketing, and affiliate industries.

• Work closely with infrastructure teams (Admins, NOC, OPS, Compliance), translating security signals into actionable findings and coordinating response across operating systems, infrastructure, and cloud environments. • Responsible for security event monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of detection and IR processes. • Participate in Agile (2-week sprints, grooming, planning, retrospectives) and use collaborative tools for teamwork. • Handle working hours during business hours, with paid overtime in case of incidents. • Work with a modern stack and grow within the company — including cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and AI applied to real security work. • Conduct event correlation rules development and automation.

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools; • Promote company products and services to high-value clients; • Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers; • Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention; • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor; • Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement; • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

• Organize and manage the marketing content production process, including videos, UGC, banners, landing pages, and playables, working with internal production teams, outsourced agencies, and freelance platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork; • Create, maintain, and update marketing network guidelines, marketing product guidelines, and geo-specific regulatory requirements in collaboration with traffic managers; • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and creative opportunities; • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing performance statistics to improve creative effectiveness; • Participate in the development of global and regional marketing strategies for the brand; • Plan production timelines and ensure deadlines are met to achieve key marketing and departmental goals.

• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend and frontend services within a microservices architecture • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical decisions. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business goals • Build communication funnels through social media to support brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition • Create and maintain content plans and publishing calendars • Launch and manage special campaigns, activations, contests, and product-related initiatives • Source, brief, review, and coordinate UGC creators • Prepare clear briefs and tasks for designers, production teams, and creators • Independently handle video editing for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) • Create simple static visual materials when needed • Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic and paid social activities • Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization • Monitor trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging content opportunities

• Develop ready-made skills — reusable components for common AI tasks (text analysis, classification, RAG, agentic workflows, etc.) • Optimize prompts across different models and scenarios; conduct A/B testing and measure output quality • Design RAG integrations and agentic pipelines — from architecture to implementation • Work with integrations — connecting external APIs, vector databases, knowledge sources • Test and document skills — create usage examples, handle edge cases, establish best practices • Analyze requirements and turn them into scalable components • Monitor skill performance and iterate based on feedback • Stay on top of AI trends and add new capabilities to the platform

• Develop complete examples and applications in Quadcode.ai IDE: multimodal generations, RAG scenarios, agentic pipelines • Create and fine-tune **complex, reproducible prompts** for different models and tasks • Build a portfolio of projects with high visual appeal and clear structure (categories, tags, versions, source code) • Prepare case descriptions, video demonstrations, and presentations (problem → implementation → results) • Experiment with new platform capabilities and AI trends • Work closely with the engineering team, provide product feedback • Represent the project in public formats where appropriate: demos, articles, social media

• Develop creatives for advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Play, etc.) • Create and adapt 3D illustrations for social media • Animate and fully manage stories content • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity • Collaborate closely with the copywriter and SMM manager • Optimize and automate routine design tasks
