This is a builder's role. - You won't just close deals — you'll build the connective tissue that multiplies our reach, revenue, and relevance. - You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to structure partnerships that are mutually beneficial, commercially sound, and built to last. - Success here is measured in business results, not activity metrics. - If you have a strong network in SMB payments, fintech, or channel sales for verticals like field services and personal services — and you've built a referral partnership business from the ground up — we want to hear from you. What You Will Own: - Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals. - Lead end-to-end deal negotiations including commercial terms, SLAs, and joint GTM plans. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners across verticals. - Develop partner onboarding frameworks and enablement resources. - Define KPIs for partnership success and report on performance to executive stakeholders. - Manage relationships with existing partners to deepen engagement and expand value. - Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and joint events. - Work with Legal to draft and execute partnership agreements and NDAs. - Represent the company at industry conferences and partner summits. - Map competitive partner landscape and surface strategic insights to leadership. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in emerging or mid-tier payments companies or fintech. - Strong relationship network in SMB payments / fintech ecosystem or in channel development for a target vertical like field services. - Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals. - Strong commercial acumen — comfortable structuring revenue-share, referral, and co-sell models. - Proven track record of not just developing partnerships but generating leads and revenue from these sources as well. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident executive presence. - Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting. Requirements - Direct experience working with ISOs, MSPs, or financial institution distribution channels. - Familiarity with how SwipeSimple or similar solutions are sold through partner networks. - Experience managing partnerships across multiple verticals simultaneously. Benefits - US location-neutral work environment. - Home-office equipment stipend. - Flexible paid time off. - Employee Engagement (Lunch & Learns, team building events). - Learning & Development culture. - Comprehensive Health Benefits. - Competitive compensation including: - Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000k. - Annual Incentive / Performance Bonus: $50,000 - $100,000. - Annual Company Performance Based Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000. - Company Stock Options - 8,000 - 10,000. - Remote flexibility and autonomy. How to Apply Send us your resume and a brief note via cover letter on the most impactful partnership you've built — what you started with, what you built, and the business result. We'll aim to respond within 5 business days. Our process: intro call with our Talent team → conversation with the hiring manager → case study / working session → meet the CEO and Board Member → references → offer.
