• Develop a deep knowledge of Acquia’s products, solutions, and value propositions. • Gather customer business needs to tailor the right solution with Acquia products to help the customer succeed. • Create solution proposals, presentations, and other customer communications. • Research, scope, and estimate Drupal solutions for enterprise-grade applications. • Combat competitive threats in accounts and educate potential customers on Acquia’s key values and benefits. • Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to delivery by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design. • Lead or participate in customer-facing meetings and maintain excellent relationships with partners and prospects. • Engage with the product team to drive customer requests and influence the product roadmap.

• You develop architectures and solution concepts for complex IT systems with a focus on hybrid scenarios (on-premises & cloud) • Analyze existing system landscapes and derive migration, integration and optimization strategies • Responsible for requirements analysis and alignment with technical and business stakeholders • You create technical designs, decision papers and architectural documentation • Assess risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures taking economic considerations into account • Present solutions to customers and actively support project acquisition • Support the preparation of cost estimates and statements of work • Close collaboration with delivery, sales and partners

• Design, build, enhance, and maintain internal and client-facing web applications • Own application features across the full lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support • Implement user workflows, data validation rules, audit tracking, and role-based access controls • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across front-end, back-end, and database layers • Design, implement, and maintain relational databases • Define and manage database schemas, relationships, and constraints • Translate business processes into structured, maintainable data models • Build and maintain dashboards for KPI reporting and trend analysis • Integrate AI-assisted capabilities into production applications • Partner with Program Managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and recommend solutions

• Implement MAWM technical configuration controls, extend MAWM functionality, support MAWM production as well as integrate Manhattan with other systems (Host, MHE, 3rd Party systems etc.) • Leverage programming skills to design and implement efficient and reliable digital solutions. • Write code, develop software components, and implement functionalities according to project requirements. • Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to design and define the technical architecture and infrastructure required for the digital solutions. • Contribute to technical discussions, propose design patterns, and make architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Test own code and participates in the overall quality assurance process. • Write and execute unit tests, conduct code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the reliability and stability of digital solutions. • Participate in agile or other development methodologies, attend meetings, and contribute to project planning and progress tracking. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, user guides, and other relevant documentation. • Seek opportunities for professional development and growth, such as attending conferences, taking online courses, or participating in relevant training programs.
