SAP TESTER MANAGER

Role Description We are currently searching for a SAP TESTER MANAGER: - Define and execute the overall test strategy, test plans, and test cases across various SAP modules. - Oversee and perform diverse testing cycles, including Functional, Integration, and Regression testing. - Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users. - Manage the defect lifecycle: log, track, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of issues. - Collaborate closely with Functional consultants, Technical (ABAP/Integration) teams, and key business stakeholders. - Support release cycles, system upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal business disruption. - Maintain comprehensive test documentation and ensure strict traceability between requirements and test execution. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead specifically within SAP environments. - Deep understanding of SAP modules and end-to-end business processes. - Expertise in testing methodologies (Functional, SIT, Regression, and UAT). - Strong experience in Defect Management and the use of testing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, ALM, or Jira). - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, and Business). - Solid understanding of SAP release management and upgrade impact analysis. - Advanced Oral English. - Advanced Spanish.
