Role Description We are currently searching for a Test Lead Manual: - Lead the QA process by ensuring the quality of software products through rigorous manual testing methods. - Review software requirements and specifications to identify potential flaws and prepare detailed test scenarios. - Execute usability tests and analyze results to identify errors, bugs, or UX inconsistencies. - Design comprehensive test case scenarios and prepare reports on testing effectiveness for stakeholders. - Interact directly with clients and report findings to the design and development teams to facilitate resolutions. - Apply SQL expertise to validate data integrity by writing and executing complex database queries. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment. - 7+ years of experience in QA or related technical fields (App Dev, BA, or Infrastructure). - Strong proficiency with SQL Server and writing database queries for back-end testing. - Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities to identify complex edge cases.
