Role Description We are currently searching for a Test Lead Manual (SQL): - Lead and coordinate all QA activities across the STLC, including requirement analysis, test planning, design, execution, and closure. - Develop and maintain detailed test plans and scripts specifically focused on backend database validation and integration. - Perform advanced backend testing scenarios, including data integrity, stored procedures, triggers, and database performance. - Execute rigorous SQL query testing to ensure precise data handling across various platforms. - Lead the end-to-end QA process for complex web applications using exploratory, functional, and regression testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, Ops) to identify, analyze, and resolve defects effectively. - Monitor and report quality metrics and project status to key stakeholders. - Implement and enforce QA best practices and organizational standards. Qualifications - 8–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on backend and database validation. - Expertise in writing and executing complex SQL queries (Oracle, MySQL, and/or SQL Server). - Strong knowledge of STLC principles and methodologies. - Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. - Proven ability to test backend components, including stored procedures and triggers. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Advanced Oral English. - Advanced Spanish.
