Role Description As an Enablement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of Cloudbeds’ enablement programs. This role is focused on operational excellence and execution, ensuring our Sales teams have the resources, training, and support they need to succeed. - Work closely with our Enablement Lead to manage training programs. - Maintain enablement systems and support onboarding. - Ensure that enablement resources are accurate, accessible, and continuously improved. - Directly impact how quickly new hires ramp and how effectively our teams adopt tools and processes. - Support every stage of the customer journey by partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. - Focus on helping Cloudbeds’ revenue teams perform at their best. - Value structure, clarity, and continuous improvement. - Enjoy creating order, supporting others, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
