This role owns the operational workflows that connect signed contracts to live placements—collecting and validating assets, confirming specifications, proofing deliverables, setting up tracking links, and monitoring pacing and performance. This role is accountable for execution accuracy, documentation discipline, revenue protection, and timely issue identification, ensuring both internal stakeholders and advertisers experience reliable campaign delivery and reporting. Qualifications - Detail-driven operator who treats trafficking and QA as mission-critical - Strong communicator comfortable interfacing with advertisers and internal teams - Analytical thinker able to monitor pacing, delivery trends, and performance metrics - Calm multitasker who maintains accuracy under deadline pressure - Disciplined documenter with strong system hygiene and workflow consistency Requirements - 1–3+ years of experience in ad operations, advertising coordination, campaign trafficking, or agency environments - Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline - Familiarity with analytics and ad platforms (Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics; ad-serving tools such as DFP/DFA) preferred - CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) - Comfort interpreting campaign performance metrics and delivery data - Strong written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end advertising asset collection, trafficking, validation, and approvals across print and digital products, ensuring materials meet technical specifications and contractual requirements prior to launch - Serve as primary operational contact for advertisers regarding deliverables, artwork specifications, deadlines, proofing cycles, and campaign status - Proof ads and listings for accuracy, grammar, style, and compliance; reconcile contract deliverables against live placements to ensure full and accurate fulfillment - Create and QA tracking links; monitor digital campaign pacing, CTR/CPC trends, inventory utilization, and delivery completion, escalating risks or discrepancies as needed - Identify optimization opportunities and recommend performance improvements; support implementation of approved creative or targeting adjustments - Produce recurring campaign reports with clear performance insights and actionable observations - Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and ad systems; ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and adherence to established workflows - Enter, update, and validate client business information across internal databases and listings, ensuring formatting accuracy and compliance with defined business rules Company Description At Miles Partnership, we are driven by our commitment to actively evolve inclusive marketing industry practices, drive innovation within the company and empower our team, our clients and the communities we serve.
