Role Description You will play a key role in building and scaling our product by combining strong product thinking, solid technical understanding, and AI-driven innovation. As a Senior Product Engineer / Fullstack (all genders), you will drive end-to-end product initiatives, shape AI-powered features, and help define the direction of our platform. We are looking for a pragmatic, product-minded builder with a strong ownership mindset, who can turn customer problems into impactful solutions and thrives in a lean, high-impact team. - You build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React). - You design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features). - You work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand. - You take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration. - You improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability. - You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems. - You contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning. - You support and unblock other engineers. Qualifications - Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails & React). - Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership. - Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality. - Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity. - Product mindset with a focus on user value. - Fluent in English. - Nice to have: - Experience in B2B SaaS environments. - Experience with customer integration projects. - Background in the logistics industry. - German nice-to-have. Micron is currently looking for a Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) Engineer who will be in charge of device development from initial development to high volume manufacturing level as a member of a project for the development of next-generation DRAM and HBM technologies. We need an enthusiastic engineer who is passionate about solving issues and turning things around for the better. Failure Analysis Engineers have to identify possible failures and geometry anomalies during development and provide early feedback on the results to improve device characteristics. Along with understanding the structure of next-generation products, you will use techniques such as TEM, FIB, SEM, and Emission analysis to identify failure locations and contribute to improving device yields. You will also be expected to work closely with the Integration Team, Process Team, and DRAM Engineering Group. To be successful in this position, knowledge/experience/skills in standard TEM, FIB, SEM, and Emission analysis, an understanding of basic semiconductor manufacturing processes, and knowledge of semiconductor devices is recommended. We also expect you to be skilled in TEM sample preparation methods, methods for bit counting of failed bits, and physical failure analysis and data analysis tools. We expect you to achieve good results through collaboration with your team colleagues and managers. We expect you to demonstrate excellent communication skills and cross-disciplinary abilities as a state-of-the-art DRAM development engineer related to process integration device development with general knowledge of semiconductor devices.
