Client Lifecycle Relationship Manager
Switch
• Own the client lifecycle for assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact from onboarding through renewal • Lead customer onboarding activities to ensure clean handoffs, clear expectations, and timely adoption of Switch services • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including executive sponsors and operational contacts • Coordinate with sales, service delivery, operations, support, product, and legal to ensure a consistent client experience • Plan and run client business reviews and operational reviews using agreed metrics and reporting • Monitor account health, usage data, and engagement signals to identify risks, expansion opportunities, and service improvements • Serve as an escalation point for service issues, SLA management, RCA communication, and Mission Control coordination • Support renewals by partnering with account teams to reduce churn risk and surface growth opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 or more years of experience in client services, customer success, project management, or a related role
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting customers during active build or construction phases within the data center or similar infrastructure environment
- Experience managing complex client relationships across the full lifecycle
- Working knowledge of customer experience principles and account health metrics
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make practical recommendations
- Experience using project or account management tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Availability to support critical issues outside standard business hours when required
