Job Description

Expert Partner Manager – Vantage Towers

Vodafone

• You are responsible for executing commissioned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract portfolio management, asset management, and marketing. • You are responsible for timely and high-quality monitoring and acceptance of acquisition services to be provided until handover to the operating units. • Ensure legal validity and compliance with approval guidelines by reviewing pre-decision processes according to uniform standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. • You are responsible for lease and usage agreements for the construction and operation of telecommunications installations, particularly radio sites. • You independently create project and scheduling plans and contribute to efficient resource planning regarding order management, acceptance, invoice checking and approval, as well as escalation, approval, and control mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in site acquisition or in the real estate industry
  • A degree or vocational training in real estate or law
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, application of project management techniques
  • Very good knowledge of professional project management
  • Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
