Qualifications - Experience selling diagnostic solutions and a solid understanding of the sales cycle for both capital equipment and consumables in laboratory environments. - Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Cytology, Pathology, Digital Pathology, or Molecular Diagnostics. - A proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets. - The ability to thrive in a performance‑driven environment focused on revenue growth and profitability. - Strong knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and decision‑making processes. - Experience driving change, introducing new strategies, and influencing stakeholders in a collaborative way. - Demonstrated success in growing market share through both account retention and new business development.
