• Acquire new customers & expand the market: You proactively approach new companies and develop the market in trade fair construction, exhibits and events. • Active new-customer acquisition in the B2B environment • Build a strong network in the trade fair, event and exhibition industry • Strategic development of your sales territory within Germany • Advise customers & sell solutions: You understand what customers really need — and present the right solution. • Technical consulting on modular exhibition and event systems • Solution-oriented selling rather than standard product sales • Conduct needs analyses, product demonstrations and proposal presentations • Build & develop long-term relationships: You build trust and grow existing customers. • Management and expansion of existing B2B accounts • Establish long-term partnerships with agencies, stand builders and companies • Close collaboration with customers throughout the entire sales process • Understand the market & identify opportunities: Keep an eye on the market and spot new opportunities early. • Market and competitor monitoring within the sales territory • Identification of new trends and business opportunities • Derivation of concrete sales opportunities • Create visibility & expand your network: You actively represent the company in the industry. • Participation in national trade fairs, networking events and industry meetings • Building a strong network in Germany and the DACH region • Help shape strategy & deliver results: You work closely with management and further develop sales. • Close cooperation with senior management on sales strategy • Regular reporting to the Country Manager DACH
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales: You know sales and are comfortable in customer-facing roles.
- Completed commercial or technical training or degree (Bachelor / University of Applied Sciences)
- Several years of experience in business development, technical sales, B2B sales, key account management or field sales
- Industry knowledge is an advantage: Ideally you already know the market. Experience in trade fair construction, events, displays, event technology or similar industries is a plus

- Goal-oriented, proactive and with a clear focus on results
