Outbound Sales Delivery Lead

• Managing outbound campaigns across 6-10 client accounts simultaneously. • Owning the delivery lifecycle: onboarding, messaging development, list building, campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing management. • Running twice-monthly client reviews; presenting campaign data, recommending messaging and ICP adjustments, managing client expectations. • Monitoring campaign conversion metrics daily across all accounts using internal tracking tools. • Coaching and managing SDRs: Reviewing call recordings and identifying patterns; script adherence, objection handling, discovery quality. • Delivering targeted coaching actions (not general feedback but specific, observable changes backed by call evidence). • Running weekly team meetings and maintaining accountability on activity volume and quality. • Owning the messaging and data pipeline: Building and refining messaging spines, cold call scripts, and objection handling docs for each client. • Managing list builds, data validation, and Salesforce list hygiene. • Making decisions on when to pivot messaging, adjust ICP targeting, or refresh data based on actual conversion rates. • Reporting and client relationship management: Preparing and presenting campaign reviews with data-backed recommendations to our clients. • Flagging at-risk accounts early and proposing fixes. • Managing contract renewals, scope changes, and rate increase conversations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing B2B outbound sales campaigns.
  • Experience coaching or managing SDRs, BDRs, or inside sales reps.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), dialers, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Strong with data; you can look at connect rates, conversion rates, and outbound and know what they mean and what to do about them.
  • Organised enough to manage multiple client accounts without dropping balls, systems oriented.
  • Clear communicator; can present to clients, coach reps, and flag issues internally.
