Role Description As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-bid through Contract to Completion, with full ownership for scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role owns project outcomes from Notice-to-Proceed through closeout. - Acts as the primary decision-maker for execution strategies, staffing, sequencing, and subcontractor alignment. - Utilize BuilderTrend to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders. - Proactively manages risks, issues, and project change requests to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. - Serves as a senior escalation point, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to project teams. - Ensures projects meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
