Role Description We’re expanding our network of independent assessors across the United States. At BTS, we inspire and equip people to do the best work of their lives, creating better businesses. We partner with organizations to select and develop leaders at all levels. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our independent contractor network to support delivery of leadership assessment solutions on a project-by-project basis. This is a non-employee, contract-based opportunity offering flexibility in accepting engagements based on your availability and interest. This role is primarily remote, with potential opportunities for domestic travel depending on client needs. Scope of Work - Deliver assessment center components for leadership assessment experiences - Conduct interviews, facilitate simulations, and evaluate participant performance using established frameworks and tools - Analyze behavioral data and identify patterns to inform overall assessments - Prepare written summaries or reports reflecting observations and evaluation outcomes, as defined by each project scope - Deliver feedback to participants and/or client stakeholders, where applicable - Participate in calibration or alignment sessions to support consistency across assessors, as needed for specific engagements Qualifications - Advanced degree in psychology or related field (e.g., I/O, HR, Organizational Development), or equivalent professional experience - Demonstrated experience with assessment centers for development and/or selection, including use of structured rating methodologies - Experience conducting behavioral interviews and/or role-play simulations - Strong written communication skills, including synthesizing multiple data sources - Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively to a range of audiences - Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse populations - 2+ years of experience supporting early-career or mid-level leadership assessments, and/or - 8+ years of experience supporting senior leadership assessments

• Reporting to the Vice President of Product • Leads qualitative UX research (discovery interviews, concept testing, usability studies, synthesis) • Translates qualitative insights into hypotheses and partners with Product Data Analysts / Scientists and Business Analysts to validate findings with quantitative data • Leverages AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, insight generation, and UX writing workflows • Develops and maintains UX writing standards, voice and tone guidelines, and content patterns • Partners with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions • Mentors team members on research, content, and responsible AI usage best practices

Role Description We’re looking for a Clinical Data specialist to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care? In this role, you will be responsible for working with the clinical and product teams to execute on and further develop our end-to-end data extraction processes. This includes: - Extracting complex structured and unstructured clinical data from electronic medical records, ensuring high quality data that benefit cancer patients and researchers. - Developing and updating data curation instruction documents as well as data capture forms for multiple solid tumour types and hematologic malignancies. - Helping to develop and refine ML and LLM enabled curation methods. - Supporting data quality and control activities, including maintenance and improvement of existing QA processes. - Planning feasibility and initial testing of novel data points or new data extraction approaches. - Contributing to product development by synthesizing data and feedback to provide insights about the abstraction process. - Supporting quality assurance on dataset deliverables and data analyses. - Collaborating with a cross-functional team including technical, partnerships, and product managers, product designers, data privacy experts, research scientists, and clinical professionals. - Weighing tradeoffs and clearly communicating data-driven recommendations to influence cross-functional stakeholders. - Providing clinical expertise to support the processing and harmonisation of structured data points. Qualifications - Certified as a study nurse, physician, or other form clinical professional, or have a comparable professional education. - Bachelor's or master's degree in health sciences, biology, molecular medicine, or a related applied science. - Education as a nurse with additional training or several years of clinical work in oncology/haematology. - Familiarity with all aspects of how cancer is managed, from diagnosis until cessation of treatment. - Fluent in cancer terminology as well as in general German medical terminology. - Experience with the presentation of clinical data (e.g. ICD codes, cancer registry data) and treatment pathways in oncology care. - Familiarity with electronic health record systems, electronic data capture forms, or other data management systems. - Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate clinical issues effectively with a diverse team. - Exceptional attention to detail and pragmatic in the search for solutions. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment. - Fluent in German (C-level, mandatory requirement) and very good English proficiencies (minimum requirement B2-level). Requirements - Strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience in applying them to data processing (optional). • Mine Unstructured Data: Use NLP (ClinicalBERT / BioBERT) to extract anxiety markers and procedural indicators from thousands of anonymized clinical notes. • Feature Engineering: Clean and join complex longitudinal datasets including medication dosages (Infusion tables), vitals (Flowsheets), and recovery timestamps. • Build the Model: Develop and validate an XGBoost classification model to output an "XR Suitability Score" with a target AUC-ROC of >0.75.
