Job Requirements

  • Completed training in HR or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Active Sourcing — you have independently identified, contacted and guided candidates through processes
  • You communicate clearly and appropriately for the target group — both in writing and in conversation — and are able to spark interest
  • You have a good instinct for people and tailor your approach to individual candidates
  • You persist even when responses are lacking and work independently and in a structured way
  • Ideally, you have experience with an ATS or HR system (e.g. Personio)
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
