Job Description As a technical project manager, you will develop business, strategize for go-to-market, and manage client delivery. This is a highly visible, influential role entrusted with developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. Delivery Responsibilities Manage client engagement for complex, transformational programs. Support the development of business and technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans. Lead client interviews and facilitate stakeholder engagement. Work with clients to document and/or identify current and future-state business processes. Perform and manage technical project work such as developing solution concepts, reviewing vendors’ design documents, and requirements traceability. Support business requirements definition and request for proposal development. Support proposal evaluation, selection process, statement of work development, and vendor contract negotiation. Support or act as project manager to develop project plans, key milestones, and project control structure. Transfer knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels. Business Development Responsibilities Contribute to the business development process as a subject matter expert (SME). Support proposals and business development for utility clients. About the team The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in a consulting environment, with proven experience as a technical project manager, leading strategic engagements and developing roadmaps. Experience supporting utilities/energy clients, including delivering Wildfire Mitigation Programs (WMP). Understanding of Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events - weather forecasting & identification, emergency preparedness, and community engagement. Knowledge of digital twin solutions and cloud architecture (AWS). Experience developing dashboards and analyzing complex datasets related to asset and grid infrastructure, fire and wildfire risk, customer analytics, vegetation management, and/or weather and environmental data. Experience engaging with directors and presenting to VPs/C-suite executives. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. Ability to travel based on client and practice demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and various PM tools (such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps). Additional Information At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $155,004 - $171,327 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. • Reporting to the Vice President, Technology, the Senior Technical Project Manager combines hands-on technical project management with team leadership. • Manage a team of project managers, and drive the development and scaling of mission-critical products. • Own end-to-end delivery of the most complex, high-stakes projects yourself while mentoring other TPMs. • Define and track program-level milestones, deliverables, and success metrics across concurrent projects. • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders through working sessions, not just status meetings. • Lead critical planning sessions, standups, and retrospectives—facilitating decisions, not just documenting them.

• Partner with team and department leaders for the delivery of project-based activities • Provide estimates and project charter documentation in support of on-going and new department initiatives • Maintain direct control over project planning • Develop and manage the overall program/project plans and timeline, including key milestones and dependencies, and tracking progress against the plan • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, product management, and security, to develop and execute the migration strategy • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and drive resolution of roadblocks to keep the program on track • Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality, best practices and meet customer requirements • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executive leadership, including regular program updates and presentations

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned infrastructure and operations projects • Ensure seamless coordination from planning through execution and delivery • Partner closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to define scope • Manage risks, track progress, and drive successful outcomes • Lead day-to-day execution and accountability for assigned IT projects • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations • Oversee project implementation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved • Facilitate project meetings and drive cross-team collaboration • Provide clear, data-driven status reporting and executive-level updates • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate across infrastructure, operations, service delivery, and solution teams • Ensure projects remain aligned with approved objectives and organizational priorities • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
