Job Description

IT Project Manager

DMI (Digital Management, LLC)

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned infrastructure and operations projects • Ensure seamless coordination from planning through execution and delivery • Partner closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to define scope • Manage risks, track progress, and drive successful outcomes • Lead day-to-day execution and accountability for assigned IT projects • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations • Oversee project implementation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved • Facilitate project meetings and drive cross-team collaboration • Provide clear, data-driven status reporting and executive-level updates • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate across infrastructure, operations, service delivery, and solution teams • Ensure projects remain aligned with approved objectives and organizational priorities • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing IT projects
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure, operations, service delivery, or technical solution development
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and lifecycle management
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and operational environments
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred)
  • Experience with both Agile and traditional project delivery approaches (preferred)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management practices (preferred)
