Role Description Our client is looking for a Web Growth Developer to build and optimize high-performing, lead-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results. - Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end - Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements - Set up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking) - Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments - Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally - Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements - Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks Qualifications - 3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development - Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization - Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture - Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations - Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflows - Fast, proactive, execution-focused — suggests improvements and owns delivery - Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity Requirements - Experience in a digital marketing agency is required - Experience in the home service industry is preferred Benefits - Fully Remote - Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST - Holidays: US Federal Holidays - Salary: USD 1400 - USD 1700
