• Diseñar la arquitectura de integración utilizando MID Server, IntegrationHub y Scripted REST para la ingesta de datos desde herramientas de monitoreo externo. • Configurar Event Management avanzado, incluyendo reglas de correlación, supresión y agrupación por topología de servicios. • Automatizar el ciclo de vida de ITSM y MIM mediante el uso de Flow Designer, Playbooks y Business Rules para la gestión de incidentes mayores. • Desarrollar componentes técnicos complejos como Script Includes modulares, Transform Maps y APIs personalizadas. • Asegurar la integridad del modelo de datos alineando el relacionamiento de CIs y servicios bajo el marco de trabajo CSDM. • Liderar pruebas de extremo a extremo (E2E) con payloads reales. • Implementar dashboards de observabilidad y analítica de desempeño para medir la eficacia de la supresión de alertas y la salud de las integraciones.
Job Requirements
- Certificaciones obligatorias en CSA (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) e ITIL 4.
- Experiencia: Trayectoria superior a 5 años trabajando con la plataforma ServiceNow.
- Dominio profundo en Event Management (EM) y Major Incident Management (MIM).
- Experto en JavaScript, CSDM y orquestación de flujos de trabajo complejos.
