ROLE OVERVIEW: This is a hybrid Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master role responsible for coordinating and enabling delivery for a software development team composed of a Technical Lead Engineer, Business Analyst, two Senior Software Engineers, one Mid-Level Software Engineer, one QA Engineer, and one Senior SDET. In coordination with the client’s Senior Program Manager, the resource will manage project planning and reporting while also executing Agile ceremonies and supporting continuous delivery practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication for the team. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Partner with the Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned to business goals. - Track and report progress using Agile and traditional project metrics (velocity, burndown, milestones, risks, issues). - Remove impediments, ensure cross-functional alignment, and maintain team commitments. - Coordinate with QA and test automation resources to integrate quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in software delivery project management and Agile team facilitation. - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery approaches. - Proven ability to support multi-disciplinary software development teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent work-management tools. - Proven ability to maintain delivery objectives in an ambiguous and changeable environment. - Strong written and spoken English proficiency is required; this role involves daily communication with US-based stakeholders via Slack, Azure DevOps, and video calls. Job Title: Senior Informatica MDM Specialist Role Overview The Senior Informatica MDM Specialist is a critical data leadership role responsible for the design, implementation, optimisation, and governance of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across The AA’s data ecosystem. This role ensures high-quality, trusted, and unified master data to support business domains such as customer, vehicle, policy, and partner data. Operating within a hybrid architecture (on-premise and cloud), the role requires deep expertise in Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Customer 360), integration frameworks, and enterprise data strategy aligned with AA’s digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities MDM Strategy & Architecture - Define and evolve AA’s MDM strategy aligned with enterprise data governance and business objectives. - Architect scalable MDM solutions across on-prem (Informatica Hub) and cloud (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services – IICS / IDMC). - Design hybrid integration patterns supporting legacy systems and cloud-native platforms. Solution Design & Delivery - Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions (Multidomain, Customer 360). - Design data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchies. - Develop and optimise batch and real-time data integration pipelines. - Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and scalability of MDM platforms.
