Operating within a hybrid architecture (on-premise and cloud), the role requires deep expertise in Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Customer 360), integration frameworks, and enterprise data strategy aligned with AA’s digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities MDM Strategy & Architecture - Define and evolve AA’s MDM strategy aligned with enterprise data governance and business objectives. - Architect scalable MDM solutions across on-prem (Informatica Hub) and cloud (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services – IICS / IDMC). - Design hybrid integration patterns supporting legacy systems and cloud-native platforms. Solution Design & Delivery - Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions (Multidomain, Customer 360). - Design data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchies. - Develop and optimise batch and real-time data integration pipelines. - Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and scalability of MDM platforms. Data Governance & Quality - Collaborate with Data Governance teams to enforce data standards, stewardship workflows, and policies. - Implement data quality frameworks using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). - Establish monitoring and remediation processes for data accuracy and consistency. Cloud & Modernisation - Drive migration strategies from on-prem MDM to cloud-native platforms. - Leverage Informatica IDMC capabilities (CDI, CAI, MDM SaaS). - Ensure secure data handling in line with UK GDPR and AA compliance requirements.
