Role Description ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is looking for a Lead Project Coordinator to join our Energy Solutions team. The Project Coordinator must be a highly capable, detail-oriented individual. The coordinator plays a crucial role in determining the feasibility of lighting and solar photovoltaic PV projects. This individual must be self-motivated and able to work independently but must also possess the ability to effectively interface with many internal & external customers daily. Other job duties include any other departmental assignments as directed. This is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Director, Energy Solutions. - Project Estimation & Financial Analysis - Multi-Technology Estimating: Develop preliminary cost estimates for lighting retrofits, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and solar PV installations based on regional project requests. - Incentive Optimization: Identify, quantify, and track available utility rebates, state incentives, and federal tax credits to maximize project value. - Financial Modeling: Calculate initial project payback periods, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and overall ROI to support the business case for proposed energy solutions. - Proposal & RFP Support - RFP Response Development: Coordinate and support the drafting of formal RFP responses and project proposals, ensuring all technical requirements, vendor quotes, and compliance documentation are consolidated into professional, on-time submittals. - Customer Reporting: Create high-impact technical reports and sales presentations that translate complex energy data into clear, actionable insights for customers. - Project Intake & Lifecycle Management - Regional Intake Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams, managing the intake of new project requests and ensuring all required site data is collected for engineering review. - Deliverable Tracking: Take ownership of project reporting timelines, ensuring all deliverables—from initial audits to final proposals—are tracked and completed on schedule. - Process Documentation: Manage the documentation of internal processes and lead the resolution of project-specific administrative issues to ensure smooth transitions from development to construction. - Communication & Subject Matter Expertise - Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and financial constraints to both internal stakeholders and external, non-technical customers. Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreign Nationals Outreach Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs. The Outreach and Community Team work with service users with substance misuse, who are experiencing rough sleeping, or at risk of homelessness. We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic and proactive individual who can specialise with engaging EU Nationals to work with services and achieve positive outcomes for those they are supporting. The successful post holder will be able to communicate effectively with service users from Romania and at least 1 other EU member state (Czech, Slovakian, Lithuanian, Polish, Latvian, Hungarian). Responsibilities - Hold a caseload of EU Foreign Nationals who are experiencing rough sleeping and substance misuse issues. - Work in collaboration with internal teams to support service users to progress in their recovery. - Engage with Foreign Nationals who are rough sleeping, sex working by participating in street-based outreach sessions at various times of the day and night. - Act as the main coordinator providing comprehensive assessments and Drug and Alcohol support. - Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral. - Reduce drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community. - Provide advocacy for access to partnership services. - Complete planned outreach projects with partner agencies to offer support to individuals who require assistance. - Support social (re)integration, enabling service users to lead meaningful and purposeful lives. - Work with the Police, the Home Office and anti-trafficking agencies when necessary to address issues relating to exploitation and trafficking.
