• Achieving account targets by growing and retaining clients • Build and deliver strategies and programs that achieve outstanding business results for clients • Ensure client retention and satisfaction • Cultivate senior relationships across internal departments and with external clients • Provide leadership to account team • Monitor individual plans at a top level • Understand advanced financial concepts • Set quarterly and annual measurement criteria for clients and teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline
- 6+ years marketing, sales, business operations or related experience
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Available to work on site at client location
- Experience and success interfacing directly with the client without supervision
- Proven ability to lead an internal team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in loyalty marketing, direct marketing and interactive solutions preferred
