Role Description Program Manager to support a major enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) program. This is a high-impact, fast-growing initiative focused on building AI capabilities internally and scaling AI solutions across the organization, with potential future impact on member-facing services. This role supports a highly tenured Program Manager and plays a critical part in day-to-day execution, governance, and delivery of AI initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of AI program experience, solid project management fundamentals, along with excellent communication and change management skills. Key Responsibilities - Support execution of a large-scale, enterprise AI program - Manage day-to-day project delivery, schedules, risks, and dependencies - Partner closely with Program Leadership, AI resources, and cross-functional stakeholders - Apply AI governance, adoption, and change management practices - Drive delivery across Agile and Waterfall workstreams as required - Facilitate project planning, standups, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder updates - Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting in tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) - Help scale AI capabilities across internal teams and business areas Qualifications - Expert-level Project Management experience - Direct experience supporting AI programs or AI implementations, including governance and adoption - Strong foundational PM skills across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall - Proven stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong change management capabilities Preferred Experience - Enterprise-scale AI program delivery experience - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools - Experience supporting emerging-technology or transformation initiatives Requirements This is a Contract position based out of Tukwila, WA. Work Location: 100% Remote Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
