Role Summary The Tech Delivery Lead is a technology enthusiast who is completely comfortable with leading-edge devops-enabled delivery, and who can inspire our clients and our own people. They will be able to - Engage with forward-looking CIOs to improve/transform how their delivery teams work - Review and improve in-flight delivery programmes - Lead complex client delivery engagements - Provide internal leadership on hiring, training and communications to keep building the industry’s best delivery capability - Collaborate with our architects, engineers, digital designers and business consultants to drive our sales and present the best of Capco to our clients. What You’ll Do To Capco: - Help setup and ensure an effective recruitment process to attract top-tier tech talents. - Lead multiple development/scrum teams to delivery technical roadmap with best practices - Lead technical design, architecture, and solution with leads in working stream - Work with internal and external stakeholders to identity, mitigate the risks and set expectations. - Evaluate Capco’s tech capabilities, identify and close gaps, and build a clear roadmap of skillsets the organization needs to stay at the forefront of technology trends and opportunities in both sales strategy and delivery capability. - Stay on top of technology news and trends to capture future opportunities and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Build a strong tech culture that promotes people growth by championing a lean and agile approach, and design key engagement activities to nurture and retain tech talents. - Create a supportive environment that encourages a growth mindset and agile thinking, empowering employees to move fast and adapt quickly to changes. - Foster an environment of innovation and creativity, cultivating an innovation team comprised of key tech superstars. - Serve as a key problem solver and conflict resolver, addressing both technical and people-related challenges to drive positive outcomes. - Strive for continuous improvement, acting as a change agent within the organization to enhance processes, capabilities, and overall performance. - Rinse and repeat those once succeed. Start with Thailand, then expanding to APAC. To our clients: - Serve as a reliable problem solver, addressing technical, people, and process issues to ensure project success. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Champion a customer-centric approach, consistently delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. - Proactively identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and deliverables. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment on project goals. - Establish and enforce best practices for project management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and streamlined workflows. • Measure and monitor project progress using appropriate metrics, providing regular status updates to clients and key stakeholders. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and lessons learned, enhancing project outcomes over time. - Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for future technology initiatives and transformations. - Actively seek opportunities for innovation and value-addition, introducing cuttingedge solutions and approaches to elevate project outcomes. What We’re Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 8 -12 years of professional experience with leading management consultancies for insurance/banking companies. - Experience in developing and leading digital innovation and transformation programs - Should have solid understanding and experience in one or more digital and data capabilities - Demonstrate deep understanding of Banking / Financial Services / Insurance industry challenges, with the ability to articulate clear value propositions to both internal and external stakeholders - Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and ecosystem partners - Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into business recommendations - Apply continuous delivery tools and methodologies to drive measurable business outcomes - Define and advocate for modern, cloud-based architecture strategies - The ability to articulate and communicate your vision, approach, opinions - A track record in building successful teams around you.
