The Opportunity: As a System Administrator I at Vivid Seats, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving a secure, scalable core infrastructure. Utilizing Microsoft Entra ID as our identity provider, you will drive security initiatives and productivity enhancements through single sign on, conditional access and application administration. You’ll use data to build new cloud integrations, influence policy and configure endpoints via MDM. By proactively monitoring critical systems and you will be able to act upon abnormalities before they become problems. Your contributions to our user lifecycle process will ensure that it continues to scale and deliver a secure and positive experience. How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats: - Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving upon core infrastructure including endpoint management systems, patch distribution systems, Windows servers and automated user-lifecycle processes. - Proactively identifies and minimizes adverse impacts to the environment such as certificate renewals and major software changes. - Stays current to technology trends and best practices, and can translate knowledge to specific improvement projects. - Documents and maintains system architecture through scalable conventions and best practices. - Establishes automated methods to reduce operational workload and improve user experience. - Works with key stakeholders to harden the environment through security improvements, audits and compliance enforcement. - Has a foundational knowledge of network infrastructure, troubleshooting and maintenance.
