• Microsoft Platform Administration. • Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 GCC services in accordance with SEC operational standards. • Provide Tier 1/2/3 operational support for Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC G5 collaboration and productivity services, including incident response, service requests, and escalation. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. • Perform configuration, patching, and maintenance activities to preserve system stability, security posture, and service continuity. • Configure and maintain Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networking components. • Administer Azure Active Directory identity services and access controls to support compliance and system integrity. • Support day-to-day operations for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related Microsoft collaboration services. • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for recurring administration, maintenance, and reporting tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).

  • Strong experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams conferencing and video streaming operations for enterprise events.
