Role Description As a Senior Campus Recruiter, you’ll represent United Airlines on university campuses, connecting with tomorrow’s talent and shaping the future of our workforce. Beyond recruiting, you’ll play a key role in bringing our summer intern program to life - creating an experience that develops emerging talent and turns interns into future United employees. - Partner closely with hiring managers and university career centers to understand needs, share insights about campus trends, and develop targeted recruitment strategies that work. - Design innovative approaches to connect with students, from hosting engaging campus events to leveraging new platforms and techniques that resonate with today’s candidates. - Act as a strategic talent advisor, using your understanding of the early career talent landscape and trends to help inform recruitment strategies and support informed hiring decisions. - Provide a seamless, high-touch experience with both hiring managers and candidates – screen and interview candidates, advise on hiring decisions, and craft compelling offers that reflect both the role and the candidate’s potential. - Coordinate learning opportunities, networking events, and other meaningful activities that give interns real exposure to United’s business while building a pipeline of future talent. - Maintain accurate records, track key recruiting metrics, and ensure every step of the process meets compliance standards and reflects our commitment to doing things right. Qualifications - 2+ years of campus recruitment or similar experience - Up to 40% domestic travel during peak recruitment - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with campus partners and internal teams - Ability to manage multiple competing recruiting projects and priorities across multiple requisitions and stakeholder needs - Strong relationship management skills and proven ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers and business leaders - Experience coordinating and executing large-scale campus recruiting events and programs, or similar experience - Experience building and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and status trackers across the full campus recruiting lifecycle - The ability to stand and sit for long periods of time during hiring events and lift up to 20 pounds as needed - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship - Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Requirements - The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00. - The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. - This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
