Role Description Vehlo is seeking a highly motivated Partner Development Representative (PDR) to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—think “inside sales with a partner focus”. In this role, you’ll engage in outbounding motions to partner-sourced prospects, qualify and develop them into sales opportunities, and collaborate closely with Partner Account Managers, Partner Marketing, and Sales Account Executives to drive growth. The ideal candidate is coachable, collaborative, competitive, resilient, and brings a strong team-first mindset with a bias for accountability. What You’ll Do - Generate new qualified sales pipeline to meet/exceed assigned goals through engagement and development of partner-sourced leads and lists. - Develop, create, and execute on joint partner outbound and marketing campaigns to build partner-sourced sales pipeline (outbound calls and/or emails based on lists). - Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to identify targeted accounts and execute outbound strategies accordingly. - Follow designed activity cadences (email, phone, video, social) to generate sales demand. - Use high level of proficiency to manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce), leverage Salesloft and other tools for outbound automation, and report to internal stakeholders on activity and results. - Execute nurture "re-engage" campaigns to existing leads in the pipeline. - Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of the auto industry market, customers, and competition. - Continuous learning to stay on top of tools, techniques, and trends. - Track, trend, and report on identified metrics as part of a regular cadence to the manager. - Travel to partner locations or events/meetings, as needed. - Travel requirement: 10-15% of travel required. Qualifications - At least 2 years prior experience in a sales development, inside sales or similar role with demonstrated success. - Proficiency in outbounding via email, phone, and social. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet. - Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills with attention to detail. - Positive demeanor, a winning attitude and good business judgment. - Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesloft, Salesforce CRM. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. - Experience in the automotive industry, a plus. - Experience working with alliance/channel partners, a plus. Role Description Reporting to the Client Care Coordinator Team Lead, the Client Care Coordinator (CCC) is responsible for all client administration and coordination throughout their stay in an Outpatient program or programs. The CCC will collaborate closely with other departments within Outpatient to ensure clients receive exceptional care and support during treatment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage deadlines effectively. Ability to speak fluent French is required to serve our French speaking clients. Status: Remote Contract Length: 18 months Duties & Responsibilities - Client Communication and Coordination: - Onboarding clients into their scheduled outpatient programs, including registration in electronic client scheduling portal. - Liaising with the admissions team to coordinate client intake, including scheduling, e-health record creation, client onboarding, and billing coordination. - Coordinating the readmission of current outpatient clients between EHN outpatient programs and/or transfer of inpatient clients to outpatient services. - Work with clients to transition to other programs as needed. - Referral Communication: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client referrals and third-party funders, ensuring timely and accurate communication. - Provide regular reporting, including attendance records, missed sessions, and early discharges. - Collaborate with clinicians to complete and submit discharge summaries. - Generate and send attendance reports as required. - Assist the Quality Assurance Specialist in completing third-party report templates. - Data Management and Recordkeeping: - E-Health record management: ensure timely documentation in Electronic Medical Record and maintain client records as needed. - Update and maintain CRM (Salesforce) records to ensure the accurate and efficient collection of outpatient data. - Register and manage the flow of clients in electronic client scheduling portal, including assigning appropriate task packages. - Update spreadsheets on SharePoint and familiarize with different documents/guides to assist with the role. - Administrative Support: - Be a resource for staff on Outpatient programming. - Ensure tasks are completed in electronic client scheduling portal. - Support administrative requests from clients, providing Letters of Completion, Discharge summaries, handling requests related to legal matters. - Triage client concerns to the appropriate program manager. - Assisting with assigning group coverage for clinicians with scheduled and unscheduled absences. - Cover administrative duties for other programs as directed. - Support client access to the outpatient medical care physician as directed. - Supplementary Responsibilities: - Email/phone etiquette followed, directing clients and supporting them as appropriate. - Assist with the coordination of drug monitoring for clients through Soberlink and Sure Hire. - Other duties, as assigned.
