Role Description Operating within the Learning & Development team, this role is a specialized Automotive Training Facilitator. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact learning programs that upskill internal teams, fleet operators, and external vendor partners. This role collaborates closely with Automotive SMEs, fleet leaders, and Vendor Network to ensure operational policies, safety protocols, and technical systems are executed flawlessly across our service footprint. NOTE: While this role is Remote, candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay area. Essential Functions - Facilitate engaging instructor-led experiences effectively across a range of learners and content, and coach learners on the performance and knowledge needed to perform on the job. - Modify course content outlines in collaboration with designated SMEs to ensure deliverables meet training and learning strategies. - Gather data on training needs and identify innovative ways for training projects, content, and delivery to be updated or improved. - Coordinate with SMEs, leaders, and project managers throughout initial planning, content brainstorming sessions, development, and delivery to meet goals and performance objectives. - Provide instructional expertise and recommendations to support creative, innovative, and scalable programs for all levels using adult learning theories and methodologies (such as ADDIE, AGILE). - Act as a collaborative business partner and a direct representative of both the Learning & Development and People & Culture team. Qualifications - Intermediate skills in adult learning theory, facilitation, and instructional design theory (including ADDIE and AGILE). - Tech savvy - knowledge and ability to use AI tools (google AI, gemini, NotebookLM, etc) to create engaging content. - Strong proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS PowerPoint. - Ability to learn and become proficient in the company's Learning Management System (LMS). - Experience with multimedia and video conferencing/webinar technologies is a plus. - Advanced ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences. - Advanced verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple task assignments simultaneously while working effectively in a constantly changing environment. - Ability to identify specific business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and tie them directly to business results.
