M365 CoPilot Technical Engineer

Role Description We are on the hunt for a M365 CoPilot Technical Engineer with NV1 clearance, based anywhere in Australia for a contract role till 30th June 2026 on an attractive daily rate. NV1 AGSVA security clearance is essential for this engagement. - Support the delivery and rollout of Copilot tools. - Work closely with the innovation team to support Copilot users during incidents/issues. - Work on CoPilot enablement and governance. - Integrate SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams with CoPilot. - Responsible for IAM, Data Governance, and compliance in the CoPilot ecosystem. - Understand Purview sensitivity labeling and governance around oversharing risks, DLP, and Copilot-related controls within Purview. - Work on extensibility and automation including: - Agents management & Governance - Microsoft Graph - Graph Connectors - CoPilot Studio - PowerShell & Power Platform - Be responsible for AI Literacy and prompt engineering for business workflows and troubleshooting CoPilot outputs. 2-3-month role, with the possibility of extension. Attractive daily rate. Ideal location is Canberra but can work remotely from anywhere in Australia. Qualifications - Good experience with M365 CoPilot. - Good understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive & MS Teams. - Experience with Data Governance and Compliance, particularly in the CoPilot ecosystem. - Experience with IAM including EntraID, Conditional Access Policy, and Graph Permissions. - Understanding of Agents management & Governance, Microsoft Graph, Graph Connectors, CoPilot Studio, PowerShell & Power Platform. - Understanding of AI principles, design prompt for business workflows & troubleshooting for CoPilot outputs. - AGSVA security cleared, minimum NV1. - Must be available immediately/within a week.
